A fire occurred today at around 1:30 pm in the bush across from Technopolis, Saltlake Sector-5. The cause of the fire was some unused BSNL cables that had fallen in the area.
As a result, the entire region was covered in thick black smoke, causing panic among the locals. The fire brigade was informed of the incident, and two fire engines are currently attempting to extinguish the blaze.
The Electronic Complex police station is also investigating the cause of the fire. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported in the incident.
